Detecting earlier
to support healthier ageing
ACT-Early investigates the prevalence of sarcopenia and frailty, together with their individual markers and associated risk factors, among Diego Portales University workers aged 35 to 59.
The study seeks to generate evidence that may contribute to earlier identification and prevention before older age.

What to expect during your evaluation
Physical assessment
Grip strength, walking speed and calf circumference.
Anthropometric measures
Weight, height and waist circumference.
Lifestyle questionnaire
Questions about diet, physical activity, sleep and alcohol consumption.
Results
You will receive immediate feedback on your results.
